Every pair of footwear is individually hand made-to-order for each customer and we do not stock any inventory. Because of this, all purchases are FINAL and we can only exchange item(s) for store credit. Item(s) are not subject to cash/credit refunds, except in the very rare condition that the item you received is defective, but that’s never happened before :)
We realize this may sound scary to some people, but out of the thousands of pairs we have shipped to our customers over the last decade, we can count on two hands the number of people who have requested a return.
The difference between one full size is right around 1/3 of an inch, so as long as you are confident in your sizing and follow our recommendations for sizing on each product, we feel very confident that there will not be any issues!
If you are not happy with your item for any reason, and we receive the items in clean and acceptable condition within 14 days of purchase, we will exchange the item(s) for store credit only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
