- Return Policy
Because we manufacture our footwear in full sizes in a medium width, we recommend you go with your normal shoe size. However, if you wear a half size, we recommend sizing down (except for footwear that are lined in sheepskin) since we have a generous fit. For example if you are typically a size 8.5, we would recommend a size 8.
For the sheepskin lined moccasins/boots or if your feet are on the wider side, we recommend going up a size. For example, if you are typically a size 9, we would recommend a 10.
If you need assitance onsizing conversion, please use guide here.
We can also manufacture custom sizes and you can always ask us a question anytime: email@example.com
Every pair of footwear is individually hand made-to-order for each customer and we do not stock any inventory. Because of this, all purchases are FINAL and we can only exchange item(s) for store credit. Item(s) are not subject to cash/credit refunds, except in the very rare condition that the item you received is defective, but that’s never happened before :)
We realize this may sound scary to some people, but out of the thousands of pairs we have shipped to our customers over the last decade, we can count on two hands the number of people who have requested a return.
The difference between one full size is right around 1/3 of an inch, so as long as you are confident in your sizing and follow our recommendations for sizing on each product, we feel very confident that there will not be any issues!
If you are not happy with your item for any reason, and we receive the items in clean and acceptable condition within 14 days of purchase, we will exchange the item(s) for store credit only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we can direct you where to ship them back to us.
We are picking up the tab, so SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS IS FREE!

How Do I Care For Suede Footwear?
Clean suede with a soft brush. DO NOT use/apply any liquid as this will stain/discolor the suede.
How Do I Care For Leather Footwear?
Because of the natural oils in the cowhide leather, it is not necessary to apply a finish before initial use. To protect the leather and extend the life of your footwear, quality leather conditioners may be used as needed. Some products may darken the leather. DO NOT use products containing solvents.
How Do I Care For Sheepskin?
To care for the sheepskin lining, an occasional vacuuming works well to remove lint. If there are soiled areas, you can hand wash the sheepskin area with mild soap and water. Air dry. Another idea is to use talcum powder sprinkled on the sheepskin dry, and then vacuum for freshening and removing some soil.
