Each and every pair of our footwear is meticulously handcrafted to order, and we don't maintain an inventory. Consequently, all purchases are considered final, and we can only facilitate exchanges for store credit. Regrettably, we cannot offer cash or credit refunds unless, in an exceptionally rare scenario, the item you received is defective (though, to date, that has never occurred).
While this might seem daunting to some, we've successfully shipped thousands of pairs over the past decade, with only a handful of return requests. The difference between full sizes is approximately 1/3 of an inch, so as long as you're confident in your sizing and follow our sizing recommendations for each product, we're very confident that issues won't arise.
If, for any reason, you're dissatisfied with your item and return it to us in clean and acceptable condition within 14 days of purchase, we'll happily exchange it for store credit. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
